What method do you use for cleaning?

We are trained in all methods; however, our preferred cleaning method is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as Steam Cleaning.

How long is drying time?

It can take anywhere from 2-24 hours for a carpet to be completely dry based on a number of factors such as humidity, air flow and temperature. A better estimate of drying time can be given at the time of cleaning.

How soon can I walk on my carpet or floor after it is cleaned?

• Carpet can be walked on immediately, however it will still be damp. The main concern would be wet feet. • Tile and grout can be walked on as soon as it is dry • Hardwoods can be walked on in stocking feet immediately after service, but you must wait 24 hours before moving furniture back on to the floors.

What should I do to prepare for my carpet cleaning service?

We ask that you please prepare for our appointment by following these pre-cleaning tips:

Vacuum all areas to be cleaned
Do NOT pre-treat spots
Remove all small pieces of furniture. The more furniture (sofas, chairs, beds, dressers) that is moved the better cleaning results you will have.
Remove any fragile or valuable items from the room

These steps will make the appointment go faster and give you better results. If it is not possible for you to complete these items, we can help. Please let us know prior to your appointment so we can schedule appropriately.

Are the chemicals you use to clean safe for pets/children?

Yes

What if spots re-appear after cleaning?

It is true that on occasion, some spots do re-appear after a carpet is cleaned. In most cases they can be re-treated. Please call us immediately if they do return.
